Position: Reservation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Handle table and event reservations.
- Communicate with guests via email and phone.
- Manage booking systems and maximize seating.
- Provide information about packages and menus.
- Coordinate with the host team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in reservations or guest services.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
