Preparing for its exciting pre-opening phase, our resort is designed to offer a sanctuary of relaxation and vibrant hospitality on Bali’s southern peninsula. We are currently offering extensive hotel jobs in Pecatu for passionate professionals ready to launch a new property.

Position: CDP Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pastry section and preparation of desserts and baked goods.
- Create new pastry menu items and ensure consistent quality.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff.
- Manage pastry inventory and reduce wastage.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in the pastry kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a CDP Pastry or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking.
- Creative and passionate about desserts.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification.
