Position: Chef de Cuisine (Paulaner Bräuhaus) – Handling Non-Halal Food
Qualifications:
- Specialized experience in German or European cuisine within high-volume professional kitchens
- Proven ability to handle non-halal food products according to safety and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills to manage a specific outlet kitchen team
- Excellent technical skills in authentic food preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of kitchen operations within a brewery or themed restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of food quality
- Relevant culinary degree or vocational training
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily culinary operations for Paulaner Bräuhaus, ensuring authentic food standards
- Supervise the preparation and service of non-halal menu items
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menu rotations and seasonal promotions
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols within the outlet kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food production costs for the outlet
