Position: Social Event Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell hotel venues for social events, including weddings, birthdays, and gatherings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners and private clients.
- Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEO).
- Coordinate with F&B and other operational departments for flawless event execution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the social event segment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, and energetic personality.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Able to join immediately.
- Proven track record in hotel sales, specifically for social events.
- Strong network within the Bekasi event market.
